Order Processing and Dispatch

At Occu-Safe, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. All confirmed orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being received and reflecting in our bank account, excluding weekends, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Partners

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A waybill number
  • A tracking number
  • Courier service details

These details will be shared via the contact information provided with your order, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Time frames

While delivery times may vary depending on your location, Occu-Safe endeavors to deliver all orders within 7 (seven) days from the date that payment has been received and reflected in our bank account.
